With new additions to the Pro Filt'r range, three new shades of Body Lava and eight glimmering shades of Sun Stalkr bronzer on offer, we've got plenty of shopping to do while we wait for official news to drop. In the meantime, we'll just have to placate ourselves with all the great new launches by Fenty Beauty. Even though the "Fenty Skin" trademark has been approved, it apparently still has to be viewed and signed by an attorney which can take up to three months. We're pretty hopeful that we will see something happen this time, although we might have to wait a while.
Rihanna skin beat registration#
An overly-dedicated fan got us speculating when they found a trademark registration for a brand titled "House of Fenty", though nothing much came of the buzz. Rumours first started circulating that our favourite beauty queen was going to gift us with some sweet skincare products back in 2017. This is somewhat vague and unsatisfying, but honestly, if a line of products is offering me skin like Rihanna's, I'm buying all of it and no one can stop me. Well, according to Page Six, a bunch of very specific trademarks have been filed under the "Fenty Skin" label, including "medicated and non-medicated skincare, soap, body care, and personal care products (excluding colour cosmetics, perfume, and other fragrance-only products), and related accessories such as kits, tools, and applicators". Will Rihanna beat Kylie Jenner to the punch in creating a skincare line? What could the line include? Apparently this trademark has now been approved so let the speculating begin. While nothing has been confirmed at this point, RiRi went ahead and filed a trademark application for "Fenty Skin" back on 25 March. The collection has gained cult-favourite status thanks to its killer products and now it looks like we're about to see Fenty skincare enter the mix. Unless you've been living under a rock for the past year and a half, you would know all about Rihanna's Fenty Beauty line. What will it look like? When is it dropping? Will it be available at Sephora? Watch this space to see all your questions answered. In an interview with British Vogue, the makeup mogul officially confirmed that Fenty Skin is coming soon. The trademark may have happened, but since then, we haven't heard any other news about the upcoming line. Either way, we have no doubt that this collection will be worth a look in, so stay tuned for more. One eagle-eyed fan on Instagram has also raised the possibility that the line may include probiotics, as the tagline of the brand reads, "The new culture of skincare". Starting with cleanser, toner and moisturizer she launched Fenty Skin to “create amazing products that really work, that are easy to use, and everyone can get in on.A post shared by TRENDMOOD on at 2:05pm PDT After changing the beauty game, she decided to take over the skincare world. Feel free to take chances, and take risks, and dare to do something new or different.” Not sure where to start? Take our foundation shade finder quiz and get matched with unique shade recommendations based on your skin tone. Most importantly, Rihanna creates makeup to inspire: “Makeup is there for you to have fun with,” she says. From Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Foundation, Hydrating Foundation & Powder Foundation that changed the game with 50 inclusive shades, to the fan-fave concealer and setting powder, to the wide shade range of cream blush, Fenty Beauty products are designed to feel lightweight and love to be layered. Starting with Fenty Beauty foundation, face primer and Gloss Bomb, she launched a makeup line “so that people everywhere would be included,” focusing on a wide range of traditionally hard-to-match skin tones, creating formulas that work for all skin types, and pinpointing universal shades. Rihanna was inspired to create Fenty Beauty & Fenty Skin after years of experimenting with the best-of-the-best in beauty-and still seeing a void in the industry for products that performed across all skin types and tones.
